Attention is important
I am a huge believer in filling up your child's love bucket, throughout the day and especially right before bedtime! At the end of a long and busy day, we parents often want to rush through that last part of the day......quickly read through a book, tuck them in and turn the lights out, praying that we won't hear their little voices call out our name one more time.. But at the end of the day, our children crave our attention, they want a million hugs, because to them bedtime means the longest time that they will be away from us(up to 12 hours apart can be a long time, even if they are sleeping🤣). So slow down that last moment to really connect, hug, and show them just how much they matter to you. I assure you they will fall asleep feeling the love in their bucket bubbling over. 💞.
